Yamaha X Force launched in Japan, ABS and traction control now included

Yamaha Japan has unveiled its latest X-Force, a brand new, lightweight commuter scooter, which will be rolled out on June 28, 2022

Yamaha has already launched the latest scooter in the Japanese market which will be marketed starting June 28.

The Yamaha X Force is the latest urban compact scooter introduced powered by a 155cc single-cylinder Blue Core engine that offers 15hp at 8,000rpm and 14Nm at 6,500rpm.

According to Yamaha, the X Force is not just an ordinary compact scooter, instead, this latest model comes with a variety of modern features that are often found on large-capacity scooters.

For that, the Yamaha X Force is equipped with a traction control system and a Bluetooth system for smartphones.

Interestingly, this scooter is also labeled as ‘Master of Street Scooter’ the same nickname that Yamaha gave to the MT model as ‘Master of Torque’.

To ensure a smooth and agile ride in urban areas, the distance between the tires (wheelbase) X-Force is only 1,340mm while the seat height is only 815mm. Yamaha also ensures the seat design is suitable for all types of rider heights.

Despite the compact size, this Yamaha X-Force comes with 23.2L storage space and has two helmet carriers. This model is also practical with the presence of a 6.1L tank and a USB charger port.
